Our vetting process
Every tradesperson who registers on Lincolnshire Trades is reviewed by our team before their listing goes live. We check that they are based in or serve Lincolnshire, that their contact details are valid, and that their listed trade categories are accurate.
We do not currently carry out formal background checks or verify trade qualifications — homeowners should always ask to see relevant accreditations (such as Gas Safe, NICEIC, or CHAS) directly. Our Listing reviewed badge indicates that a listing has passed our basic review, not that qualifications have been independently confirmed.
